You can create a bespoke combination of our offerings to suit your group and type of event. Offerings within the pillars include:
Movement: Explore different forms of energising and restive movement sessions including our unique Strength Yoga class.
Mindfulness and Meditation: Learn techniques to quiet the mind and create space and inner peace through our various meditations.
Wellness Workshops: Discover healthy habits, journaling practices, and tools for sustainable self-care. We can tailor this to the theme of event you are holding.
Nourishing Meals: We work with premium wellness brands to bring healthy (for the mind, body and soul!) snacks and drinks to your session.
Inspiring Locations: We regularly work across premium studio spaces in Central London. We can tailor events to your own location and come to you. Option for us to provide mats for the event.
Expert-Led Experiences: Hosted by certified coaches and wellness professionals.
Tailored for All Levels: Whether you’re a beginner or have lots of well-being and fitness experience, our events meet you where you are and ensure that everyone leaves feeling amazing.
